Customers are obligated to check and verify products upon the parcel is delivered,  contact customer support if you find the parcel is: damaged/wet/suspiciously opened/product missing components/wrong product/wrong quantity of products. etc. Please refer to our return policy for further details. 

Parcel may take longer to arrive at the designated location due to unforeseen causes such as: Bad local transportation condition / Extreme weather condition / invalid or unclear address.etc. If you have any questions about undelivered or missing parcel, please contact us to work on a proper solution or arrangements.
