You can download the "Smart Life" or "Tuya" app from the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android). Both are supported for pairing and controlling our Wi-Fi series products.

Most of our outdoor products are IP44 Rated, which means they are protected against water splashes. However, they should not be submerged in water or covered in snow. Please avoid using a garden hose to splash the product or placing the product near any garden spray.
An IP44 Rating indicates that the product is protected against solid objects greater than 1mm and water splashes from any direction.
It is okay to leave products outside if it's a normal rainy day. However, we recommend turning off all power supply and retrieving outdoor products during heavy storms or rainfall to prevent any potential risk or damage.
A surge protector is a feature designed to protect electronic devices from voltage spikes or surges. These surges can occur due to lightning strikes, power outages, or other electrical disturbances. The surge protector absorbs excess voltage, preventing it from reaching connected devices and potentially damaging them. It's an essential feature for safeguarding sensitive electronics.
It is not recommended to plug one power strip into another ("daisy chaining") due to potential safety hazards. Doing so can overload the electrical circuit and increase the risk of fire. It's best to plug your devices directly into a wall outlet or use a single power strip for your needs.
Shipping

For returning unwanted item: the item must be unused and returned with its original packaging and all included parts (manual, screws, etc.).
