Limited Warranty

Comen Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. ("Ucomen") warrants to the original purchaser that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

During the Warranty Period, if a defect arises in the product and you follow the instructions for returning the product, we will, at our option, either provices a refund or replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product.

Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover any defects or damages resulting from:

Normal wear and tear

Accidental damage

Unauthorized modification or repair

Improper use or installation

Acts of nature

Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at supports@ucomen.com. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and return the defective product to us.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ucomen's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. In no event shall Ucomen be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the product.
